Entry Level (Executive Trainee Programmme)

Appointment to vacant positions in the Bank is as a matter of Policy based on merit such as Qualification, Demonstrable Skills and Competencies.

Eligibility for Employment

1. Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a Second Class Upper Division or Second Class Lower Division with a Master’s Degree or Qualified Professional Certificate.
2. Must be below 28 years of Age
3. Pass Aptitude Test
4. Be certified medically fit by a doctor designated by the Bank
5. Satisfactory referees report

Appointment to vacant positions in the Bank is as a matter of Policy based on merit such as, Qualification, Work Experience, Demonstrable Skills and Competencies.

Eligibility for Employment

1. Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a Second Class Lower Division or Third Class Division with a Master’s Degree or Qualified Professional Certificate.
2. Must be below 45 years of Age (depending upon the position being applied for)
3. At least 3 years continuous relevant work experience
4. Be certified medically fit by a doctor designated by the Bank
5. Satisfactory referees report
