Entry Level (Executive Trainee Programmme)
Appointment to vacant positions in the Bank is as a matter of Policy based on merit such as Qualification, Demonstrable Skills and Competencies.
Eligibility for Employment
- Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a Second Class Upper Division or Second Class Lower Division with a Master’s Degree or Qualified Professional Certificate.
- Must be below 28 years of Age
- Pass Aptitude Test
- Be certified medically fit by a doctor designated by the Bank
- Satisfactory referees report

Eligibility for Employment

- Must be below 45 years of Age (depending upon the position being applied for)
- At least 3 years continuous relevant work experience
