The company is an authorized dealer/broker on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange
Overview of our Bank Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited received its Universal Banking License from the Bank of Ghana in September 2006 and commenced business on 6th October 2006. As part of the entry strategy, it acquired the erstwhile Citi Savings & Loans Company Limited - a Micro Finance Non-Banking Financial Institution in February 2006.

The Company Formerly EBN Finance Limited, the company was incorporated in 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiaries of erstwhile Equity Bank Limited. It obtained licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as a finance company.

Intercontinental Homes (Savings & Loans) (IHSL)
The Company Formerly Partnership Savings & Loans Limited, the company was acquired by erstwhile Gateway Bank Plc in 2003 to carry on business of mortgage banking. As part of restructuring and repositioning of the company for competition, its name was changed to Intercontinental Homes (Savings & loans) Limited in 2006.
Intercontinental Registrars Limited, a Subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank Plc was incorporated on 5th January 2006 as a private limited liability company to carry out the Registrars function in accordance with the provisions of the Investment and Securities Act (ISA) 1999, and the Rules and Regulations of Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
